Choosing An LED Technology


Choosing an LED technology is like choosing the right winter coat to wear; there are different models that provide more or less features depending on what you might need. There are different technologies including Dual In-line Package(DIP), Surface Mounted Device(SMD), Chip On Board(COB) & Multiple Chip On Board(MCOB). Once you decide the features you want from your LEDs, you can easily choose the package type accordingly.

As based on above, now a days the SMD package is used widely in giant LED displays as because of SMD have become popular due to their versatility. This SMD chips are much smaller in comparison to the DIP technology, which tends to give them the added versatility over DIP diodes. Why it’s necessary to have two or three days on-site experience?



We always joke that if you wanna visit all the LED Display manufacturer even only in Shenzhen, China, one month is not enough. And the funny phenomenon is that sometime you just find the so-called manufacturer are actually a trading company, so more and more clients choose to have two or three days on-site experience before choose the long-term partner, of course have several months contact and one or two try orders ahead of time.



On July 15~17th, Bako Spain client David come and visit our factory, it just as above said, already have half years close contact and two try orders, so is the right time to set stable cooperation. BAKO always warmly welcome this type of client, because no customers will deny the combination of considerable service, feasible solution, on-site specific training, stable quality, and reasonable price.

He wanna see our latest product, BAKO show the awesome 110’’ P1.9 touch screen, new P1.6; And more choices for his gas station project, Front-maintenance P8, P10.66, P12.8 serial.

Then it take six hours to have on-site contol system training and let him pratice one by one, let him know how to achieve remote control, how the cables are connected..

Of course, BAKO can arrange technical staff to do the daily maintenance if client need repairing the LED Display, but David wanna learn and pratice by himself, so we just take him to the production line, and our English speaking technical to show him the all steps of repairing, final after two halfs pratice, he final cheer up and said i make it.

This is why David choose to have two or three days stay in our factory and the on-site experience let him more confidence to expand spain market further under our mutual support.

One more bankrupt, how to avoid risk for overseas buyer



The phenomenon---owe wage, the boss run away and lead to company collapse, the supplier said angrily with banner "** is a bullshit, pay back the debt" appear again, one more LED Display manufacturer bankrupt, because of capital problem.it’s a nightmare not only to the own staff, the supplier but also the international buyer. How can buyer avoid the risks ACAP.



The person you are contact---salesman, technical stafff, aftersales person are all the mirror of the company. Its feedback rate, speed, quality can give you some clues of its reality situation. Most time when they are facing company bankrupt, the salesman will be lazy and don’t answer you mail even you push them several time, try to ignore you.
